The Super View 30 mm eyepiece (2-inch, 51x) surveys wide nebula fields, the 9 mm Pl\u00f6ssl (169x) captures planetary and lunar detail. On paper, up to about 608x is useful; the Dutch atmosphere usually limits planetary work to around 300x, but the advantage of twelve inches lies in what you see additionally at every magnification.
