Powerful Newton for clear observations
The Skywatcher N 200/1000 200P HEQ5 captures a lot of light. With a 200 mm aperture, you can see details in galaxies and nebulae that smaller telescopes miss. Globular clusters like M13 unfold into dozens of individual stars. Planets like Saturn and Jupiter show rings and cloud bands sharply and brightly.

Fast and versatile
The focal length of 1000 mm (f/5) makes the telescope fast and bright. The wide field of view lets you track objects more easily and view large galaxies clearly. Perfect for astrophotography, as the fast optics capture a lot of light in short exposure times.

Sharp and stable
The parabolic primary mirror gives a high-contrast image. Thin spatrons of the secondary mirror reduce light loss. The rugged design keeps vibrations and wind out. This keeps your image clear and stable, even at higher magnifications.
Dual-Speed Crayford Focuser
The 2″ focuser with 1:10 reduction lets you focus accurately. This is crucial in astrophotography and useful in visual observations. It allows you to easily stay in focus, even at high magnifications.
HEQ-5 Pro GoTo mount
The HEQ-5 Pro GoTo turns the telescope into a precision instrument. Pole finder, aluminum scales and motors track objects automatically. Point the mount to the celestial north pole and track stars, the Moon and even the Sun with special filters. The mount weighs 26.5 kg and dampens vibrations much better than simpler models.
Supplied complete
The telescope comes with 9×50 viewfinder, 25 mm and 10 mm 1.25″ eyepieces, Barlow lens 2×, two counterweights, steel tripod, pole finder, eyepiece tray and power cable for cigarette lighter. Ready for observation within minutes.
What to expect
Moon: sharp craters and mountains
Jupiter: cloud bands and moons
Saturn: rings and Cassini separation
Deep-sky: Orion Nebula, M13 and other bright nebulae
What we recommend
✓ Moon and planets: excellent
✓ Deep-sky: bright and detailed
✓ Astrophotography: ideal for short exposure times
✗ Sun: only with appropriate filters
