Powerful achromatic refractor for planetary detail
The Skywatcher AC 120/1000 EQ5 Brings Moon and planets to life. The 120 mm lens captures a lot of light and delivers high contrast. Craters, mountains and cloud bands on Jupiter are sharp and easily visible. Mars’ polar caps and Jupiter's Great Red Spot stand out clearly. Color errors are limited, keeping your image natural.

Also suitable for Deep Sky
Thanks to the large aperture, you can see bright deep-sky objects such as the Ring Nebula or M13. You'll see star clusters and nebulae that are invisible to the naked eye. The 2″ eyepiece offers a wide field of view, ideal for viewing large objects in the sky.

Practical and versatile optics
The telescope features a 2″ eyepiece holder with 1.25″ adapter. This allows you to use both eyepiece sizes. The viewfinder makes it easy to find objects. You can even take astrophotos of the Moon, planets and some nebulae.
Elegant and solid design
The tube and viewfinder have a stylish black metallic design. The telescope is light and compact, yet rugged. With the Vixen-style dovetail, you quickly mount it on almost any equatorial mount.
NEQ-5 Pro GoTo mount
The EQ5 Pro SynScan mount makes aiming and tracking easy. Set the pole height via the scale and fix it with the screws. With the motors and manual controls, you automatically track objects. This keeps your image stable and ideal for visual observation or astrophotography.
