The Skywatcher AC 102/500 EQ-1 is a compact refractor with a 102 mm lens. It offers a wide field of view and clear images for stars, planets and nature. Thanks to the short focal length, you see a lot at once. It looks like the Andromeda Nebula or Orion Nebula is right in front of you.

Razor-sharp image for detail

Its resolution of 1.14 arcseconds reveals details that smaller telescopes miss. You can see structures on Jupiter, Saturn and Mars. The Moon shows craters and mountains as if you were almost floating above them. The focuser lets you easily focus the image and keeps it stable during observations.

Versatile and convenient

This telescope is light and compact. Perfect for beginners or children. You can easily take it with you on trips. With an Amici prism or inverted lens, you can also do nature observations during the day. Accessories such as a 2× Barlow lens expand your possibilities.

Accurate tracking with EQ-1 mount

The EQ-1 mount makes alignment to the Pole Star easy. Fine movements in RA and DEC axes let you track objects precisely. A counterweight keeps the optics perfectly balanced. The aluminum tripod is stable and adjustable from 70 to 120 cm.
