Application and compatibility
For a telescope with 1000 mm focal length, this eyepiece offers only 25x magnification, keeping objects in focus longer and allowing you to navigate more easily. This makes it very suitable for larger Dobsons, refractors and Newtons with limited tracking capacity.
Note that the long focal length makes the beam relatively wide, which may cause vignetting (‘vignetting’) at the edge on some telescopes with a 1.25″ focuser. For optimal use: combine this eyepiece preferably with a telescope with long focal length and good optics.
