Celestron Luminos 19 mm Eyepiece 2″ is a wide-angle eyepiece that takes your observations to the next level. With an impressive 82-degree field of view, you get wide views of nebulae, galaxies and open clusters. That means objects stay in focus longer and you have less to correct for manual tracking movements.

The eyecup is infinitely adjustable, making it easy to find the right viewing distance, even if you wear glasses. Thanks to the fully multi-coated lenses and six-lens design, this eyepiece delivers bright, high-contrast images without distracting reflections. The housing is made of polished and anodized aluminum: robust, durable and resistant to scratches.

Because the Luminos series is parfocal, you can effortlessly switch between eyepieces of the same line without having to refocus each time. This saves time while observing and makes your sessions more fluid.

Application
The 19 mm wide-angle eyepiece allows you to see the Orion Nebula and the Andromeda Nebula in all their glory, with a broad context of the surrounding stars. Open star clusters such as the Pleiades are rendered bright and contrasty, and planetary nebulae and compact galaxies also come into better focus. Ideal for telescopes with a 2″ connection, this eyepiece is a valuable addition to Newton and refractor telescopes with medium to large apertures.
