Omegon's SWA series 20mm eyepiece is designed for observers who like to see a large portion of the sky in one field of view. With a wide 70° field of view, this eyepiece provides a spacious and comfortable image, perfect for viewing open star clusters, nebulae and the moon in context.
The optical construction consists of five carefully placed lens elements in three groups. Thanks to full multicoating and blackened lens edges, the eyepiece offers high contrast with minimal reflections. The rubber exterior provides grip, while the infinitely adjustable eyecup also allows spectacle wearers to utilize the entire field of view.
All eyepieces in the SWA series are parfocal: you hardly need to refocus when changing, which is pleasant during an observing session.

Application
The 20mm eyepiece is ideally suited for telescopes with short and medium focal lengths. It delivers a wide and calm image ideal for deep-sky objects such as open star clusters, but can also be used for the moon and larger planetary disks.
